When we revisited the devastating predictions of the French astrologer, Michel de Nostradam, we discovered that he apparently already knew 450 years ago that in 2022 a war would break out in Europe.

Nostradamus and the blind mystic, Baba and Noga, were the only ones to talk about a great war that would break out this year.

In light of their "success," we returned to Nostradamus' book, Les Prophéties, which contains a collection of 942 poetic sentences ostensibly predicting future events, and tried to decipher what would happen to us in 2023.

If he was able to correctly predict the war in Ukraine - this is probably a good enough reason to take (somewhat) seriously his predictions for the coming years.

Unfortunately Nostradamus is a pessimistic type and most of his predictions are, as we have noted, devastating.

We soon discovered that next year would be even worse than the last few years.

If we believe the famous philosopher and fortune teller, the conflict in Eastern Europe is likely to lead to a world war next year.

His followers tried to interpret his not necessarily clear words and came to the conclusion that World War III was at stake.

Nostradamus wrote in his book: "Seven months of the great war, people who died from evil deeds. Rouen, Aura will not fall into the hands of the king."

His followers believe that the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, the sanctions and the nuclear threat they have taken so far, will lead to a great war.

The French prophet spoke in his prophecy about the city of Rouen in France, according to which it would remain safe, so if you are looking for a place of refuge - this is probably the destination.

Apparently the Prophet mentioned the French city because he is from France and this does not mean that it is the only city in the world that will survive the inferno.

Nostradamus also wrote about "heavenly fire in the royal building" - with many commentators believing that in his words he was referring to the "end of time" or the beginning of a new world order.

Proponents of Nostradamus believe he correctly predicted the rise to power of Adolf Hitler, World War II, the terrorist attacks of September 11, the French Revolution and the development of the atomic bomb.

In his predictions, Nostradamus also spoke of Russian President Vladimir Putin, expecting a cruel fate of death from a lightning strike.

Nostradamus' poems read: "The great man will be beaten on a clear day by lightning." Wong On, or the President of Venezuela, Nicholas Maduro.

Some commentators believe that Nostradamus did not foresee the war in Ukraine at all and that we really have no reason to be stressed by the following.

According to them, Nostradamus predicted a war this year in the French capital, Paris.

The section referring to this reads: "Around the big city there will be soldiers housed in fields and cities."

According to them, this is also the reason why the Prophet speaks of the French city of Rouen in the context of the great war that will break out next year - because the conflict that is expected to start in this year will lead to a great war in France, during which the city of Rouen "will not fall to the king".

In general, historians argue that Nostradamus's encrypted passages are too vague to be considered reliable information about what will happen in the future.
