Orange's board of directors, which met on March 30, officially chose its future chairman.
It will be Jacques Aschenbroich, the current president of Valeo, whose appointment will be submitted to the vote of the shareholders at the general meeting on May 19.
Christel Heydemann will take up her duties as general manager on April 4.
The duo will succeed the current CEO, Stéphane Richard.
