The 26-year-old terrorist Dia Hamarsha is a resident of the village of Ya'bad in the Jenin area, who previously served a six-month prison sentence in Israel for membership in a terrorist and arms trade organization, and was released in 2015. According to a security source, he is a member of Fatah. The police do not rule out the suspicion that he was assisted by another terrorist, who may now have fled back to the territories.
