The defendant and his neighbor also had sex with the complainant, instructing her to watch them, and the neighbor also committed sexual offenses with her daughter.
As stated, the defendants and the neighbor were convicted in the Be'er Sheva District Court of committing sexual offenses as well as offenses of abusing and assaulting a minor.
The father and mother appealed, claiming that they had taught their daughter what sex was.
