You have to be so bold first: A Porsche driver was caught twice on the same evening in Vaterstetten.

He was drunk and driving without a license.

Vaterstetten - On Thursday, March 31, at around 7:45 p.m., the Porsche driver from Vaterstetten was caught up in a traffic check on Waldstrasse.

It turned out that the 54-year-old driver did not have a valid driver's license.

"In addition, a clear smell of alcohol was noticeable," reports the Poing police.

Since the man refused an alcohol breath test on site, he was taken to the Poing police station to have his blood drawn.

After the blood was taken and the formalities were completed, the Porsche driver was released.

It later turned out that the man from Vaterstetten had already been checked by the Haar Police Department at around 6:30 p.m., also in Vaterstetten.

Here, too, the smell of alcohol was detected, which the police said was confirmed by a breath alcohol test;

however, was within the scope of what was still permissible.

The Porsche driver is now facing two criminal charges for driving without a license.

"Regarding the alcohol offenses, the result of the blood test must first be awaited," said the police.

Here, too, a Porsche driver has trouble with the police.
