This former Italian restaurant has become a bistro as we like it six months ago: good and friendly. A few regulars who had their napkin ring at “P16” complained. Jérôme and Stéphane Dumant, the owners, are happy to explain: the address was lost in the jumble of Italian restaurants in the neighborhood, the chef was retiring...

By opting for a bistro, the two brothers knew what they were doing.

It is in the family, with Félix and Margot, the younger generation, that they successfully revitalize bistro institutions - Aux Crus de Bourgogne, Aux Bons Crus, L'Auberge Bressane - without losing their spirit.
