Police today (Friday) deciphered the murder of the 22-year-old Starfish, who was stabbed to death in front of his father, who was seriously injured.

On February 23, Eilat police forces arrived at the scene following reports of a stabbing scene and began collecting findings and preliminary investigative actions.

About a month and a half after the incident, all the evidence in the case was collected and transferred to the Southern District Attorney's Office.

Two men were arrested on suspicion of murder.

One, Ziv Miodik, was arrested on the spot;

His brother, Assaf Miodik, a 50-year-old man, left the wounded lying on the street and fled the scene.

About two weeks after the incident, police detectives managed to capture him in a hiding apartment in the center of the country where he was staying.

The investigation material shows that during a failed mediation attempt, following a long-standing dispute between the two families, Assaf Miodik attacked Yam's father, and when the latter tried to escape, he was stabbed in the upper body.

Ziv, Assaf's brother, grabbed the victim's body.

Yam arrived following his father's shouts, tried to fight the stabber - and collapsed.
