Twenty years have passed since the massacre of Jenin, which the Israeli occupation forces carried out against the Palestinians in the Medina camp, as part of a series of massacres and crimes that the Israeli occupation entity continues to commit daily with clear American support.
More than 500 martyrs, including children, women, the elderly, and patients, victims of the crime committed by the Zionist treachery in Jenin camp between the first and twelfth of April 2002, after several attempts to storm it, where entire families were martyred and dozens were injured after they continued to bleed to the last breath without anyone being able to provide treatment for them.
Hundreds of the bodies of the martyrs were buried in secret mass graves in order to hide the features of this crime, whose brutality did not stir the conscience of Western countries and the United States, where the Security Council was satisfied with Resolution No. 1405, which challenged the occupation entity and did not allow its implementation, which stipulated sending a fact-finding team about what happened in the camp at the hands of the occupation.
The silence of the world’s countries about this massacre gave the occupation the green light to commit more crimes against the camp’s residents, which led to the displacement of hundreds of families and the removal of more than 500 homes from existence after the media were prevented from entering the camp to document them.
Until now, the usurper occupier continues to commit crimes and massacres against the Palestinians, who cling to their land and continue their struggle until the end of the occupation and the establishment of their independent state with Jerusalem as its capital.
