Princess Victoria: Daniel is again not by her side at the anniversary

Crown Princess Victoria was officially on the road again without her Daniel.

He could not attend an important event.

That's behind it.

Norrtälje – Princess Victoria of Sweden (44) is seen more and more often alone on official occasions.

In the service of the crown, she makes one public appearance after another.

But while she travels a lot and is close to the people, her husband, Prince Daniel (48), disappears more and more from the scene.

Where is the prince?

That's certainly a question many Swedes have been asking themselves lately and are even worried about.

These are finally fueled when rumors of separation made the rounds in the media a few weeks ago.

The couple even felt compelled to publicly comment on the speculation.

In a statement, they denied any separation.

But evil tongues rumor that there could be something to it.

After all, the Swedish Crown Princess recently appeared alone at an appointment at a riding school.

There she was in a good mood while she gave kisses to a high-spirited horse*.

Now she was again unaccompanied in the Swedish city of Norrtälje.

The 44-year-old attended celebrations in honor of the city's 400th anniversary.

Actually, Prince Daniel* had also been invited.

King Carl Gustaf* (75) and Queen Silvia* (78) of Sweden, on the other hand, traveled to Great Britain this week to attend the memorial service of the late Prince Philip (99, † 2021)*.

The Swedish royal family has posted pictures of the Crown Princess*'s visit to Norrtälje on Instagram, where she greets fans big and small and gives a speech on a stage.

Her husband Daniel is said to have canceled the appointment unexpectedly.

Princess Victoria: Has Prince Daniel caught a cold?

It was actually planned that the couple should celebrate the city's 400th anniversary together.

At least that's what the city's website says.

But the Swedish royal family* has already spoken up and clarified the situation.

It says: "The prince has a cold.

He was already ill yesterday and had hoped that he would be better.

But out of respect for those he will meet, the prince decided to stay at home and recover,” confirms court information chief Margareta Thorgren to Swedish magazine Svensk Damtidning.

In the past, the 48-year-old has repeatedly struggled with health problems.

Accordingly, he is said to have been suffering from chronic kidney disease for years.

His father eventually donated one of his kidneys to him.

Accordingly, one can only guess how strong or weak the immune system of the popular royal is.

What is certain, however, is that his wife Crown Princess Victoria puts his well-being first.
