Life imprisonment and another three years for the terrorist who murdered Esther Horgan
Half a year after he was convicted of murder, the Salem Military Court ruled that the 41-year-old terrorist Muhammad Kabha, who committed the brutal murder in December 2020 in northern Samaria, would want a heavy prison sentence.

Sentence for a terrorist who murdered Esther Horgan (Yoav Itiel)
The Samaria military court in Salem today (Sunday) sentenced the terrorist who murdered Esther Horgan to another three years in prison.
The terrorist, 41-year-old Muhammad Kabha from the village of Tora al-Gharbiya near Jenin, was convicted six months ago of the murder of Horgan Matal Menashe, according to an amended indictment in which he confessed.
The court also ruled compensation for the deceased's estate in the amount of NIS 2.68 million - ten times what was given in a criminal court in Israel.

The murder occurred in the afternoon of December 20, 2020, when Horgan went for a run in the Reihan Forest Nature Reserve.
After several hours of not returning home, the family reported to the police and the IDF and began searching for her and she was declared missing. At around 01:00 at night she was found lifeless.
In February 2021, the IDF destroyed the terrorist's house, which has a history of terrorist activity. Hostile that is not associated with a terrorist organization.
