It was already the third attempt to celebrate the enthronement: without the royal couple, but with a relaxed atmosphere, the Narrhalla brought the hall to life.
Nandlstadt – 2022 is an anniversary year for the Narrhalla: in January they celebrated their 70th anniversary.
But Corona did not mean well with the club: the event had to be canceled twice.
The joy that it had finally worked out this weekend was correspondingly great.
"We trembled, but it's all the nicer that the hall is full today and we can celebrate together again," said Narrhalla President Katharina Hörhammer.
There was still a bitter aftertaste: the princely couple of the Narrhalla fell ill at short notice.
However, due to the numerous postponements, it was decided to hold Saturday evening without the royal couple.
"Of course, our royal couple understands that, we send them videos and dance for them," explained the guard colleagues of the sick couple.

The tickets for the enthronement went over the counter like hotcakes in advance, and the rest of the carnival fans arrived at the box office.
"We are very happy that so many people came," emphasized the Narrhalla President.
The first performance of the evening was given by the court marshal and court jesters, after which the guards and the eleven welcomed the numerous audience.
The ladies-in-waiting bowed before the first guard march in 2022.
The guard girls reacted to the gigantic applause with a sporty encore.
(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)
It was particularly acrobatic at the final show of the evening: the guard girls flew meters through the air, bent and gave the best of their long-rehearsed dancing skills.
But the evening was far from over after the last show: in a relaxed atmosphere, the Nandlstadt Narrhalla celebrated their long-awaited performance with all their supporters and ended the night like this.
