Queen Elizabeth II fans vent their anger online.
The regent has to take harsh criticism for her joint appearance with Prince Andrew.
London – At the memorial service in honor of Prince Philip (99, † 2021), the late Duke of Edinburgh should have been the focus, but another member of the British royal family made headlines: Prince Andrew (62).
Due to the abuse scandal, he is more unpopular with the people than ever and made a front-line appearance there, accompanied by his mother Queen Elizabeth (95).

To everyone's surprise, it was Prince Andrew who led Queen Elizabeth II to her place in Westminster Abbey, drawing everyone's attention.
The mother-son duo previously traveled together from Windsor to London to attend the moving memorial service for Prince Philip on site.
Weeks earlier, Prince Andrew's possible participation in the service had caused heated discussions.
His actual appearance alongside the Queen, demonstrating the 95-year-old's continued support, provoked mixed reactions among aristocratic experts and the fan community.

While some fans have defended the British monarch's controversial decision and the Duke of York's "small role" at the memorial service, other supporters have shown no sympathy for the 62-year-old's performance.
Queen Elizabeth is sharply criticized on Twitter, and there is talk of a “colossal wrong decision”.
"It's a shame to have Prince Andrew perform after a recent settlement," commented one angry user.

Queen Elizabeth remains committed to her son Andrew
In mid-February, Prince Andrew reached an out-of-court settlement with plaintiff Virginia Giuffre (38).
The American had accused the father of two of multiple sexual abuse.
Andrew is said to have already paid for the million-euro comparison, and Prince Charles (73) is said to have helped him financially.
The relationship between the heir to the throne and his younger brother is apparently still tense.
As the "Mirror" reports, Charles and his son William (39) are said to have been "shocked" by Andrew's prominent role at Prince Philip's memorial service.
