According to the installed indictment filed against him, in May 2021 he approached a 27-year-old woman who was marching in Lod, identified herself to her as a police detective, asked her why she was not wearing a mask, demanded she identify herself and threatened her to order a police car if she refused.

And the Dan searched the train, took out her ID card and license and gave him her phone number.
He then demanded that the young woman perform a "search" on her body as well, to make sure she was not in possession of drugs.
"While conducting the 'search,' he lifted her bra, felt her thighs and exposed her buttocks," the indictment said.
"He then left the scene and called to threaten her that if she told about the case she would find herself 'complicated in lengthy police investigations'."
Later, he called her dozens of times and sent her voicemails "to scare and harass."
The court sentenced Wahdan to 27 months of actual imprisonment, and also imposed a suspended sentence of an additional three months which stood against him.
He was also sentenced to probation and compensation of NIS 25,000.
"Described in the facts of the indictment indicates criminal audacity and as its power, so does the severity of the punishment appropriate to such acts," the sentence read.
