Saeed Al-Ali also indicated that he absconded from compulsory service and made the settlement procedure in order to return to his service, while Bilal Al-Hussein explained that he lags behind from compulsory service and made the settlement in preparation for joining the ranks of the Syrian Arab Army and defending the unity and sovereignty of Syria. In Raqqa, SANA’s reporter stated that the settlement centers in al-Sabkha in the eastern countryside and in the Dibsi Afnan area in the western countryside opened their doors today for those wishing to join it, amid increasing demand and simplified procedures by the concerned authorities, while a number of those enrolled in the settlement praised these procedures, calling on all those wanted to join it and return to The embrace of the homeland and the reconstruction of what was destroyed by terrorism.
