This method helps against insect poison, hay fever and house dust mites.
The therapy is also called desensitization.
The doctor gives you small doses of the respective allergy trigger by injection (usually into the upper arm).
In this way, your immune system learns to fight the allergy.
The dosage is increased from time to time, a desensitization usually lasts three years and is always carried out in autumn, when the hay fever season is over.

Hay fever: With these simple tips you can prevent symptoms
Only ventilate at certain times:
In rural areas, the pollen concentration is highest between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m., which is why you should only ventilate the room between 7 p.m. and midnight.
In the city it's the other way around, where it's advisable to air the room from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.
Keep the bedroom pollen-free:
Taking off your clothes in front of the bedroom and washing your hair before going to bed prevents pollen in the bedroom.

Remove pollen from the living room:
