Finance Minister Avigdor Lieberman this morning (Monday) questioned Ukraine's claims about a massacre carried out by Russian forces in the town of Bocha, near Kiev.
"There are harsh images there and we all condemn all the war crimes," Lieberman said during an interview with IDF waves. "These are mutual accusations.
The Russians blame the Ukrainians.
There is a war there and we must on the one hand maintain Israel's moral stance and interests as well. "
Yesterday, Ukraine's Attorney General Irina Wendiktova told a state television channel that prosecutors investigating possible war crimes by Russia found 410 bodies in the town of Bocha near Kiev. The prosecutor added that 140 of the bodies were examined.
Russia, for its part, denies Ukraine's allegations that it killed civilians in the town. The town on March 30th.

Yesterday, Foreign Minister Yair Lapid condemned the massacre.
"It is impossible to remain indifferent in the face of the horrific images that were revealed after the Russian army left the place," Lapid wrote on his Twitter account.
"Intentional harm to the civilian population is a war crime and I strongly condemn it."

Because in Israel, they waited a few hours until the condemnation of the massacre in Bocha was published to make sure that the pictures posted on social media in the morning were authentic and not part of an experience of psychological warfare.
The State Department has contacted several Western countries to see if there is evidence that a massacre has taken place and that the photos are authentic.
The answer that came from several Western countries was positive with the addition of an estimate that in the coming days similar cases will be discovered in other regions of Ukraine from which the Russian forces withdrew.
The senior Israeli official stated that the process took several hours and therefore it took time for the announcement of the Israeli condemnation to be published.
