The COVID-19 epidemic continues to be severe. The Food and Health Bureau issued a mandatory testing announcement today (4th), and 25 buildings were on the list, all of which were public housing and HOS housing, and again no private buildings were on the list.
Among them, 24 buildings have confirmed cases.
There are 13 buildings in the New Territories, including 3 in Kwai Tsing. In Kowloon, residents of Wai Yuen House, Chu Yuen North Estate, Wong Tai Sin are subject to forced inspection. This is the third consecutive day that a building in this village has been on the list.
Man Ching House, Kai Ching Estate, Kai Tak was on the list after testing positive for sewage.
The announcement stated that anyone who has stayed in the listed buildings for more than two hours from March 22 to today must undergo nucleic acid testing from Tuesday (5th) to Wednesday (6th).

Another 24 buildings were included in the mandatory testing list because of the initial positive test cases/positive test cases who had visited. Among them, 20 were public housing estates and 4 were HOS flats. All the HOS flats on the list were located in the New Territories. They are Block 4, Cloud Die Garden, Tai Wai, Yat Shing House, Mei Shing Court, Hua Xuan House, Tsing Wah Court, Tsing Yi, and Kwong Cheong House, Kwong Ming Court, Tseung Kwan O.
The remaining 9 public housing blocks in the New Territories are distributed in Yuen Long, Tai Po, Tuen Mun, Kwai Tsing and Fanling, including Hang Chun House, Tin Hang Estate, Tin Tsz Estate, Tsz Yan House, Wan Tau Tong Estate, Tai Po. Lin House, Heng Wing House, Fu Hang Estate, Tai Sang House, Kin Sang Estate, Tuen Mun, Shing Lok House, Kwai Shing East Estate, Kwai Chung, Lok King House, Lai King Estate, Cheung Chung House, Cheung Wah Estate, Fanling and Ching Run House, Ching Ho Estate, Sheung Shui.
There are 10 buildings in Kowloon, which are located in Lung Tat Building in Lower Wong Tai Sin Village, Hui Yuan Building in Zhuyuan North Village, Zheng Hong Building in Tsz Ching Village in Tsz Wan Shan, Jianmin Building in Ai Min Village in Ho Man Tin, Tak Shing Building in Tak Tin Village in Lam Tin and Ngau Tau Kok. Choi Chun House, Choi Tak Estate, Tay Yee House, Po Tat Estate, Sau Mau Ping, Tsui Wing House, Tsui Ping South Estate, Kwun Tong.
Man Ching Building, located in Kai Tak Estate, Kai Tak, Kowloon City, was subject to compulsory inspection because it tested positive for sewage. It is the only building on the list today due to positive sewage.

Lei Tung Estate, Shek Pai Wan Estate and Oi Tung Estate each made the list
There are three buildings on Hong Kong Island, two in the Southern District, including Tung Hing House, Lee Tung Estate, Ap Lei Chau, and Pik Yin House, Shek Pai Wan Village, Aberdeen, while the other is Oi Hsu House, Oi Tung Estate, Shau Kei Wan, in the Eastern District.
Those who have tested positive in the past three months will not be required to undergo mandatory testing, authorities said.
Those who are required to undergo compulsory testing must go to mobile sampling stations, community testing centers or accredited local medical testing institutions for professional swab sampling and testing, while young children can continue to be tested with stool samples.
Authorities stressed that citizens cannot use rapid antigen tests.
