The complainant arrived at the scene, with a Jewish appearance, when they noticed him the rioters started shouting and throwing stones at him.

The complainant tried to escape and ran with his dog that was with him, so the rioters attacked him all over his body, with force and cruelty, with punches, kicks, wooden batons, stones, rocks, electric shocker and other objects.

At one point a police car approached the scene, the complainant ran towards it, then one of the rioters picked up a super cart and threw it at him.

As a result of the rioters' actions, the complainant suffered many injuries to all parts of his body.

Following this incident, one of the defendants threw stones at the security forces at the Nablus Gate.

The court ruled that "the direct part of the defendants is spotty and relatively limited. However, the act does not stand alone and the defendants acted as part of the group of attackers. The serious uniqueness of the lynching act is that it is built on public participation.
