The Jerusalem District Court today (Tuesday) sentenced two and a half years in prison to another minor, and two years in prison to another minor for their participation in Linz in the city, Eli Rosen (27), who was walking with his dog on Shmuel Hanavi Street in the capital, near Sheikh Jarrah The walls.

The defendants were convicted (each according to his part) of committing an offense of aggravated intentional sabotage, rioting and attempted assault of a police officer in aggravated circumstances.
According to the ruling, on one of the days of Ramadan last year, dozens of rioters rioted in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood.
The complainant arrived at the scene, with a Jewish appearance, when they noticed him the rioters started shouting and throwing stones at him.
The complainant tried to escape and ran with his dog that was with him, so the rioters attacked him all over his body, with force and cruelty, with punches, kicks, wooden batons, stones, rocks, electric shocker and other objects.
At one point a police car approached the scene, the complainant ran towards it, then one of the rioters picked up a super cart and threw it at him.
As a result of the rioters' actions, the complainant suffered many injuries to all parts of his body.
Following this incident, one of the defendants threw stones at the security forces at the Nablus Gate.
The court ruled that "the direct part of the defendants is spotty and relatively limited. However, the act does not stand alone and the defendants acted as part of the group of attackers. The serious uniqueness of the lynching act is that it is built on public participation. Of one force can be small and spotty, punch, kick, beating with a stick, pushing, throwing an object and more, when the damage is caused by all the acts, including preventing the victim from fleeing, shouting that adds to the victim's fear and dread and more.

The prosecutor's office said: "The defendants took part in a brutal assault on a young man whose entire sin was identified as a Jew while walking his dog and was attacked by dozens of rioters. "This significant punishment will be a deterrent to taking part in such nationalist attacks."
