Travel from or to Reunion is authorized without compelling reason only for fully vaccinated people.
A negative test (PCR or antigen) carried out less than 72 hours before boarding is also required of all travellers, whether vaccinated or not.
The state of health emergency has been lifted since April 1, as has the curfew.
As in Metropolitan France, the vaccination pass is no longer required and wearing a mask is only compulsory in public transport.

Martinique
Travel from or to Martinique is authorized without compelling reason only for fully vaccinated people.
A negative test (PCR or antigen) carried out less than 72 hours before boarding is required for all travelers, even vaccinated.
A curfew is currently in effect between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. until an undetermined date.
The health pass is required for people over 16 to enter establishments or events related to a cultural, sports, leisure or catering activity.
This means that unvaccinated travellers, who could have entered Martinique with a compelling reason, will have to carry out a PCR test (valid for 24 hours) to access museums, concerts or sports competitions and sports halls.
Wearing a mask is compulsory in all public places.

Guadeloupe

French Polynesia
Vaccinated travelers can travel to French Polynesia provided they have a negative PCR test carried out less than 24 hours before boarding.
The non-vaccinated can only go there for compelling reasons.
There is no curfew or confinement in French Polynesia.
The health pass is no longer required.
Wearing a mask is only compulsory in public transport, airports, stations and health establishments.

Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin
Travel from or to Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin is authorized without compelling reason for fully vaccinated people.
A negative test (PCR or antigen) carried out less than 24 hours before boarding is required for all travellers, even vaccinated.
The curfew in effect from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. was lifted on January 31, but the state of health emergency is declared until March 31.
Gatherings of more than ten people are prohibited on public roads and the vaccination pass is required for people over 16 in restaurants and bars.
