On the eve of Shabbat Kodesh before the redemption, Gd calls Moshe Rabbeinu and tells him to go and tell all the children of Israel to take the lamb and tie it to the feet of the bed.

The Israelites who were slaves of the Egyptians risked themselves and took the lamb that was the God of the Egyptians without fear and tied him to the knees of the bed.

The firstborn were the priests of the Egyptians and were responsible for the foreign work on the lamb which was a symbol of the Rosh Chodesh Nisan and the eldest is the head of the family, so he was the rabbi and priest of the same family to worship the lamb.



The firstborn came to the children of Israel and asked them what they were doing and why they were tying the lamb to the knees of the bed, the children of Israel answered the firstborn that Gd was about to redeem us and you firstborn were going to die. Kill them all and let us free the children of Israel quickly from Egypt.

The parents of the firstborn did not believe this, told them that the children of Israel were their slaves and they did not release them.



The Egyptians had six hundred thousand firstborn, when they saw that their parents did not listen to them, they got up and started fighting with their parents and killed them and this is what we say in the prayer "To strike Egypt with their firstborn" (Psalms 9:10) The firstborn beat the Egyptians their parents.

That Sabbath all their belief and the perception of the Egyptians that their Gd is the lamb and the firstborn are their priests and rabbis, fell and crashed in one moment.

The elders killed their parents and stopped believing in idleness, in their foreign work.

After a few days there was a plague of firstborn and all six hundred thousand of these firstborn all died, and the next day was the Exodus from Egypt.



On the Great Sabbath a great foundation happened, something that the Egyptians believed in and consecrated to the greatest holiness collapsed and after it collapsed, came the great redemption of the children of Israel.

Therefore on the Great Sabbath there is a great power to erase all superstitions, the unreal things that are within man.

We live in a world where every person sanctifies something for himself, there is a person who sanctifies money for himself, there is a person who sanctifies himself for spells, there is a person who sanctifies for himself a love of a certain thing, all the loves and things man sanctifies for himself, there is power this coming Saturday to erase everything from man's heart.



Foreign work is not precisely to bow to a statue or sun, foreign work is that man takes a foreign thing other than God and enslaves himself to the same thing.

A person who runs all his life after money and money for him like Gd, is called a foreign laborer.

A person who gets up in the morning and lives the lust, lives bad and dishonest things for him is a foreign work, the faith and connection of man in life should be only in Gd.



During the year a person who is used to a certain thing finds it difficult to disengage from it, a day chases day and nature becomes stronger, we become the "burden of the idea" that enters a certain idea and it becomes a burden on him and as a weight on his head burdens his soul and it is difficult to disengage from it And part of man and it is difficult for man to free himself from such foreign works.

During the year to come to a person and tell him to stop the nature he is doing, to stop behaving this way and that is hard for a person to disengage from it even though he knows he is wrong and doing something bad, even though what he does will lead him to hell and a bad place.

The power this coming Shabbat is the great Shabbat to erase all kinds of passions and natures that man has become accustomed to during his life to erase in one Shabbat, "Rabbi Pinto said in conclusion.
