Kiwan was taken by police to Apartment 240 in the Laya Estate residential complex where she lived in the same area.

A search of the balcony of her apartment turned up many drugs, including bags of marijuana weighing 597 grams and 25 grams;

Two bags containing 50 grams of cocaine;

46 ecstasy pills;

Nine Clonazepam pills, a substitute for Clonex and four Alprozolam pills, a substitute for Xanax.

Sensitive electronic weight was also perceived;

Marijuana plants weighing about 1.1 kilograms and in the wardrobe about 22,000 dirhams in cash (about 19,000 shekels), which the prosecution claimed were income from the sale of drugs and various psychotropic substances.

According to the verdict, Kiwan admitted to her interrogators that she went out to sell marijuana to the police agent and said that it was operated by Yassin Najar, a Jordanian who knew the Palestinian Authority before coming to Dubai, and who offered to sell drugs and ordered her to transfer sales money to the same woman in the United States. '.

All this, according to her, in exchange for a monthly salary of 50,000 dirhams (about 43,000 shekels).

The verdict further revealed that the people who supplied her with the drugs for sale were two Pakistani men, Abdullah Zahid Kiyani Zubair and Muhammad Zayn Kiyani Muhammad.

The police got over all the details of the shipments, contact and communication on WhatsApp.

To bolster the police agent's testimony, the prosecution cited the testimony of a man named Khaled al-'Utaibi, who was also arrested in the same case on drug charges and told investigators that Kuan sold him 500 dirhams of marijuana.

That evening the two Pakistanis were also arrested, and a smaller amount of drugs was found in their apartment.

One of them admitted that they both provided Kiwan with drugs and psychotropic substances on the orders of the Jordanian Najar;

The other denied.

The two admitted that they were the ones who greeted Fida as a yuan at the airport upon her arrival and drove her to an apartment arranged for her.

One said that after two days she was supplied with the drugs according to Najar's instructions, with whom they engaged for about five months in the drug trade they received from him.

The other denied and claimed that in exchange for the ride to the apartment they received drugs for self-consumption and nothing more.

Fida's senator, Advocate Muhammad Ahmad Al-Najjar, pleaded guilty in her name to the charges.

Operated by a Jordanian who recognized the Palestinian Authority.

Fida's family as Yuan insists that she was trapped;

They repeatedly claim that she went to Dubai following a job offer in the field of graphics, and that it is possible that the person who invited her to work and organized her apartment - was the one who indicted her.

Kiwan's local defense attorney criticized her conviction that although she cooperated with her investigators, she did not receive a pardon or mitigation of punishment for the information she provided.

But the judges made it clear that she only started cooperating after she was arrested.

The tribunal's father, Justice Hamad Abdullah Issa al-Husseini, and the judges, Ayman Abdul Latif Muhammad Salameh and Dr. Hitham Abdul Majid Mahmoud al-Arabi, rejected the allegations of failure to investigate. Al-Nawi, an officer in the Dubai Police Drug Enforcement Administration.

The verdict was handed down publicly on Wednesday, March 30, in the first instance of the Federal Court in Abu Dhabi.

The three judges ruled that it had been proven with certainty that the defendants possessed drugs with intent to trade in them.

They decided that Fida's offenses as a criminal constitute "one criminal project" and unanimously decided to punish "with the most severe punishment".

Unanimously, Fida and the two Pakistanis were sentenced to death.

The drugs, the electronic weight, the cell phones, Kiwan's vehicle and the money ordered were confiscated in favor of the state treasury.

The court ordered four thousand dirhams as a fee to the eight-year-old lawyer, and he was paid for it from the Ministry of Justice coffers.
