Reason: She thinks her bathroom, living room and walls are in dire need of a makeover.

It is urgently necessary to lend a hand in the apartment: in addition to yellowed wallpaper and repair work in the bathroom, Regina is very concerned about the wall in the kitchen.

The explanation for the wet spot on the wall makes Regina furious: "The caretaker said the dog [peed] there - they're crazy." The pensioner with heart disease had complained about the wet spot quite a while ago .
She continues to hope that the walls of her one-room apartment will be renovated in the near future.
