The 67-year-old Regina has been living in one of these old buildings, the so-called Blockmacherring, for about 13 years, as MANNHEIM24 * reports.

From her fiancé's place of residence, the 67-year-old went back to the old one-room apartment.* This means a lot of stress for the pensioner - because there is an urgent need for renovation in her new/old home.

Regina is angry about having to live in her old apartment again: “I could get upset every day – especially because of the [stupid] cooperative.

The 67-year-old is more than dissatisfied with the housing situation.

Reason: She thinks her bathroom, living room and walls are in dire need of a makeover.

Regina last renovated five years ago: "I had a buddy with a friend back then - they did it for me," the pensioner reveals on television.

Since she is left with just 300 euros a month after all deductions, she cannot afford to renovate it out of her own pocket.

She is frustrated with the situation and cannot understand why the cooperative does not support her.

It is urgently necessary to lend a hand in the apartment: in addition to yellowed wallpaper and repair work in the bathroom, Regina is very concerned about the wall in the kitchen.

The explanation for the wet spot on the wall makes Regina furious: "The caretaker said the dog [peed] there - they're crazy." The pensioner with heart disease had complained about the wet spot quite a while ago .

She continues to hope that the walls of her one-room apartment will be renovated in the near future.
