Reports are now emerging that Russian soldiers were looting corpses in Bucha and other towns they occupied during the escalating Ukraine conflict and sending the loot home.
Markets are said to be emerging in Belarus where the spoils of war are sold by Russian soldiers.

War in Ukraine: Russian soldiers apparently sent war booty home

reported, on April 1, the Hajun Project hacker collective analyzed a live stream from Russian courier service CDEK: “Russian soldiers were seen removing bundled items from Russian Kamaz military vehicles in front of a CDEK courier service in Mazyr unload”, as the hackers shared via Telegram.
According to her assessment, the packages contained items that the soldiers in Ukraine would have looted.
The packages were sent the next day.
According to international media reports such as Business AM
, the hackers backed up
their assessments with video camera recordings from the said courier service.
The records would show a parcel shop in Mazyr.
Boxes and bundles wrapped in plastic can be seen.

Items such as e-scooters, car batteries, alcohol, bags from a Ukrainian shopping center and air conditioners and give the courier service employees their personal details.
A few days later, the Hajun Project had the names of the people who appeared to have sent the packages to Russia.

, Ukraine Minister for Digital Transformation Mikhailo Fedorov said
: “They robbed and killed civilians in Bucha, Irpin, Hostomel.
Then they sent their loot to their families.”

reported on markets in Belarus that would sell "washing machines and dishwashers, refrigerators, jewelry, cars, bicycles," among other things.
It was war booty from Ukraine.

also reported intercepted telephone calls from Russian soldiers in which they said they had looted villages.
However, this message cannot be independently verified.
