The British elite units, SAS and SBS, recently received one of the deadliest shooting machines in the world - the XM556.
It is a six-barreled machine gun, the smallest of the Gatling machine gun, which will be mounted on special forces vehicles and can also be carried by hand.
He is capable of firing 8,000 bullets at 5.56 caliber in a minute.
This is a tremendous firepower, which if divided into seconds - is capable of firing 1,300 bullets in just 10 seconds.
"It is difficult at all to explain this firepower, which changes the rules of the game," said one of the fighters who experienced the weapons, in an interview with the British "Sun".
He said, "When you ambush, as has often happened to us in Syria, it changes the picture. The rifle perforates everything, and in addition it has a very frightening noise that deters the enemy."
This small machine gun had already been tested in active combat by British forces and according to the warriors' testimony it was a force multiplier that changed the situation on the ground.
It is a shot weighing 5.85 kg, which operates using an electric battery of 24 volts. The machine gun is about 60 cm long, which can be mounted on vehicles or used manually.
Another advantage of it, beyond the fact that it has proven itself in active combat, is the fact that it can be packed in a suitcase and thus get with it to covert activity without arousing the suspicion of the enemy.
This machine gun with this enormous firepower is suitable for face-to-face combat, with most of its power being expressed in ranges of 30 meters, the range in which SAS fighters often have to fight to free hostages or fight terrorists.
This is also a reason why he was chosen by the fighters who expressed great enthusiasm for his abilities, and chose him from a number of weapons tested by them in active combat in Syria and elsewhere.
