Do influencers give genuine recommendations or do they just do PR?
Dagi Bee speaks plainly about "very tempting" campaigns she rejected.
Düsseldorf – Influencers are often confronted with the accusation of marketing all imaginable products for money – whether they are behind it or not.
Because followers often find it difficult to see whether the creator is really as enthusiastic about the yoga leggings, the face cream or the dietary supplement as he says.

However, the Düsseldorf influencer Dagi Bee seems to have taken up the cause of being honest and transparent with her followers when it comes to cooperation.
In her Instagram story, she answers a question from a follower who wanted to know what the cooperation with the highest budget was, which Dagi Bee rejected.

Dagi Bee can even think of two cases with handsome sums: once it is said to have been about 500,000 euros, the other time even about 700,000 euros.
"Couldn't stand behind the product both times and that's not worth the money for me to promote something I don't celebrate
," explains the entrepreneur, who has become famous through YouTube.
"1000 percent no": For Dagi Bee, it's not just the money that counts
It's not the first time that the 27-year-old has spoken openly about rejected collaborations.
In a YouTube video in 2020, she raised the question of whether she had ever accepted a cooperation just for the money.
"1000 percent no," was the answer at the time.
The said 500,000 euro advertising campaign, which she was supposed to do for a weight loss shake, was then discussed.
"The sum was very, very tempting," she admitted - understandably.
But: “I used this product once and thought it sucked.” Clear words from the new mom – who, by the way, she also finds when her little son just shited at her.
