If all goes well, a large day care center will open in the former Raiffeisen bank building in Großhelfendorf in September.
Großhelfendorf
- The building, which belongs to the municipality of Aying, is to undergo the necessary change of use on the upper floor.
A previous apartment, which is now empty, is to be changed accordingly.
Of course, the municipal council approved his own planning application.
Up to ten crèche children could then be cared for here from autumn.

The municipality has already been able to find a sponsor and is in talks with the association "Kindertraum" in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn.
With regard to this project, Mayor Peter Wagner (CSU) explains: "The need is also clearly there for us, especially since there is also a legal right to care for children under the age of three."
Care only on time
The head of the town hall and the municipal council are aware that the establishment of the large day care on site is temporary.
"At some point we will tear down the building on Dorfstrasse," says Wagner.
A new village center for Großhelfendorf is then to be built on the large area (we reported).
In the previous plans, there was no provision for accommodating a large day care center in the new buildings.
But that doesn't mean that it can't happen: "We're still thinking about it in the municipal council," Mayor Wagner lets know.
"It would make sense." But: step by step.
Now it's time for the large day care.
Then you want to see further.
