The ultra-Orthodox Knesset members who arrived at the Knesset yesterday (Wednesday) walked around like grooms on the happiest day of their lives.

After eight months in opposition, cut off from positions of power and influence, without budgets - Shas and Torah Judaism began to see the light of day at the end of the tunnel

and the end of the most difficult political period in recent years.

The scripts of the next government. The first was the chairman of Torah Judaism, MK Moshe Gafni, who called for avoiding elections and conducting a "soul-searching" in the opposition to see who could lead a government that would be sworn in this Knesset. He was later joined by Shas chairman Aryeh Deri, who spoke about the possibility of forming a government headed by Netanyahu in the current Knesset.

Deri told his associates that he believes it is possible to form a government in the current Knesset.

Although such a move would make it difficult for him to return to a senior position in the shadow of the plea deal he signed with the prosecution, in those conversations he clarified that the public preoccupation with whether Netanyahu is the one to head it or not is hurting the move.

"It is possible and necessary to do this wisely and without statements."

"Make a mental account."

The leaders of the ultra-Orthodox parties are not currently interested in further elections.

"It's a gamble," said one of them.

"Who knows how we will end this race for the fifth time? We have already gone to the polls four times and declared full support for Netanyahu and failed to bring in the long-awaited 61st, what assures us that this will happen now and we can form a full right-wing government?"

They also conveyed this message to Netanyahu, but if anything can be learned from one of their relationships with him is that they have a hard time knocking on the table.

They will say "no" to Netanyahu in the elections, will work to form a government, but will not really stand in his way if he leads there anyway.

Many times they had the opportunity to tell him "so far", and they avoided it.

What is the chance that this will happen this time?
