A former figure of "
yellow vests
" was sentenced Thursday in Guéret to a fine of 3,000 euros, including 1,500 suspended, for public insults and threats to a coordinator of the anti-Covid19 vaccination center in Valenciennes (North), learned the AFP Friday, April 8 at the registry of the court of Guéret.

Gabin Formont, whose domicile depends on the judicial district of the prefecture of Creuse, was sentenced to a fine of 1,500 euros, including 750 suspended for "
public insults towards a constituted body
", to the prejudice of Rémi Kasprzyk, liberal nurse and one of the vaccination center coordinators.
The same sentence was pronounced for “
threats, violence or acts of intimidation
” towards the same person.
He will also have to pay 3,000 euros to this complainant "
in compensation for the suffering endured
".
This court decision follows complaints filed in January by Rémi Kasprzyk and the Valenciennes hospital after the broadcast in mid-December of videos on the internet in which Gabin Formont was angry with a campaign by the hospital center for the vaccination of children promising gifts
