A 42-year-old man, who exercised a violent influence over four women, including his wife, and 28 children in the Gers was indicted in Agen and detained on Thursday, AFP learned on Friday April 8 from the prosecution.
This man of Ivorian nationality is prosecuted for acts of rape on his wife, acts of torture and barbarism on two of his children, as well as acts of violence on all the children and on his three concubines.

", declared to AFP the deputy prosecutor of the Republic Franck Didier , specifying that the man had been taken into custody on Tuesday and then placed in detention on Thursday.
Three of the women also indicted

a strong framework of intra-family violence
", the deputy prosecutor added that "
they lived in a large building, in miserable conditions
".
Three of the women were also indicted and placed under judicial supervision for willful violence against minors and failure to report crimes.
The deputy prosecutor explained that he expected a long instruction “
in view of the complexity of the facts
” which justified the seizure of the criminal center of Agen.

The man is the father of 27 of the 28 children he had with his wife and three companions, only one being from a previous union.
Three are now adults.
