JWR school in Landsberg: cake instead of war

Blue and yellow peace symbol: The students of the JWR school in Landsberg donated around 7,000 euros for the Ukraine aid.
And optically sent a peace signal.

Landsberg - The school community of the Johann-Winklhofer-Realschule collected donations at the end of March under the motto: "Cake instead of war".
The students and parents baked cakes - many of them in yellow and blue - pieces of which were sold during the breaks for 1 euro.
There was also a raffle with prizes donated by the school management and the teachers.
In total, the JWRers were able to collect around 7,000 euros.
The students of the 5th and 6th grades also formed a living peace sign - to send a peace signal for all people.
