As for the Yau Ma Tei District Miscellaneous Investigation Team, last night they found that a massage parlor in the district was operating illegally. The man in charge surnamed Cai (65 years old) was arrested on suspicion of violating Chapter 599F and is being detained; 5 men and 3 women (38 to 66 years) are fined.
