The government requires people who have been in the 25 places during the specified period to be tested for the virus from tomorrow to the next day (10th to 11th).

The newly listed buildings involve 15 public housing buildings and 8 buildings involving HOS estates, including King Tao House, Kwong Ming Court, Kwong Lung House, King Lam Estate, Tseung Kwan O; Shing Yee House, Tin Shing Court, Tin Yuet Estate, Tin Shui Wai Yue Wing Building; Hing Lam House, Kwong Lam Court, Shatin, Heng Tsui House, Fu Hang Estate, Tai Po, Po Shan House, Po Pei Court, Kwun Tong, and Fung Chin Court, Diamond Hill, etc.

In addition, only the Yifa Building in Quarry Bay on Hong Kong Island needs to be inspected.

According to the announcement, anyone who has been in the announcement building for more than two hours from March 27 to April 9 will be required to undergo mandatory testing from April 10 to April 11.

Those who have tested positive in the past three months will not be required to undergo mandatory testing, authorities said.

Those who are required to undergo compulsory testing must go to mobile sampling stations, community testing centers or accredited local medical testing institutions for professional swab sampling and testing, while young children can continue to be tested with stool samples.

Authorities stressed that citizens cannot use rapid tests instead.
