A complete stop of the entry and exit of Israeli Arabs to the city of Jenin, on foot and on horseback, through the Gilboa (Jalma) and Reihan crossings.
A complete halt to the removal of sandbags through the crossings in the Jenin sub-district.
Preventing the entry of merchants and senior businessmen from the Jenin area into the territory of the State of Israel.
The departure of workers to Israel and other civil issues will continue routinely while increasing the control of the crossings.
The possibility of family visits, within the framework of 5,000 permits approved for this purpose, from the residents of the Jenin sub-district will be denied.
