The first category is six sites assisted by the central government, such as Tam Mei and Tsing Yi projects in Yuen Long, involving 5,000 units; the second category is Penny's Bay and Lei Yue Mun. Community isolation facilities in resorts, etc.; the third category is the isolation hotel rented by the government; the fourth category is three new public housing buildings and two new transitional housing project units requisitioned by the government.

She pointed out that considering that most of the residents waiting for public housing and transitional housing have been waiting for a long time and the living environment is relatively poor, they do not want to occupy these resources for a long time.
