Epic Games, the developer of the Battle Royale game and owner of the PC platform Epic Games Store announces on its official website an extensive collaboration with Lego "that will shape the future of the Towers and provide a safe and fun space for the whole family, and children in particular."
The two companies will work on setting up a virtual complex that will give players access and tools to build their own projects, which will likely incorporate Lego bricks that almost every child grew up on to the current state of construction at Fortnight.
The companies said that the main emphasis will be on making content accessible and safe for all users.
"We believe in the enormous potential of developing skills such as creativity, collaboration and communication through digital means. But we have a responsibility to make them safe, inspiring and beneficial to everyone," said Lego CEO
Nils B. Christiansen.
"As the Matavers evolve it is rebuilding the way people meet, work games and learn in cyberspace. Lego and Epic Games will combine their knowledge to create the next iteration that will be developed specifically for children, being the main target audience," said
Tim Sweeney
, CEO And founder of Epic Games.

The Lego company has been establishing itself in the gaming world for years and creates quite a few family-friendly Lego games based on well-known brands: Marvel and DC superheroes, Star Wars series, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean and many more examples.
