The mainland epidemic prevention and control expert team led by Kan Biao, director of the Institute for Infectious Disease Prevention and Control of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, arrived in Hong Kong on April 7 to start work.
This morning, accompanied by representatives from the Labour and Welfare Bureau and the Social Welfare Department, they visited two residential care homes to learn about the management and operation of different types of homes.
