A multi-purpose green smoothie of goat furrow

Ingredients

    • 2 units of medium-sized cylinder pears

    • A handful of fresh leaf spinach

    • 1 unit Ripe avocado, peeled and pitted, coarsely chopped

    • 1 unit Rolled and coarsely chopped bananas

    • 1 more buckwheat is also possible

  • Additional possible additions

    • A piece of ginger, a small piece, peeled and thinly sliced

    • 2 units coarsely chopped cucumbers

    • 1 unit Coarsely chopped celery stalks

Preparation

How to make a multi-purpose green smoothie from Goat Furrow?

  • 1 Cut the pears into quarters and dispose of the core.

    Coarsely chop the pears.

  • 2 Put the bananas, pears, avocados and spinach in a blender along with the rest of the ingredients you want to add to the smoothie.

    Grind until the texture is smooth (at least a full minute).

    If too thick add more water.

  • If you use ripe and sweet fruit, there is no need to add more sugar or selan to the smoothie - taste when it is ready and decide according to your preferred level of sweetness.

    Transfer to serving glasses and drink.
