House evacuated: Drunk barricaded himself in the apartment after a fight and threatened to set it on fire

After a heated argument, a 48-year-old man from Munich barricaded himself in his partner's apartment in Ottobrunn and threatened to set fire.
The police had to evacuate the entire house to protect the residents.
Ottobrunn
– On Sunday around 10.30 p.m. there was a dispute in Ottobrunn between a 48-year-old resident in Munich and a 53-year-old woman from Ottobrunn.
According to initial police investigations, the two are in a relationship and the reason for the dispute, in which the man is said to have threatened the 53-year-old, could have been a relationship problem.
The 53-year-old was able to leave the apartment.
An uninvolved witness who overheard the incident called the police emergency number 110.

Police forces arrived and found that the 48-year-old had barricaded himself in the woman's apartment and threatened to set the apartment on fire.
The house was evacuated to protect the other residents.

Police overpowered the man at the front door
The police officers were able to contact the 58-year-old and he opened the apartment door, where he could be overpowered.
A total of more than ten patrol crews were deployed, as well as numerous firefighters.
The drunk man goes to the psychiatric ward
The clearly drunk 48-year-old was admitted to a psychiatric hospital.
He was reported for several crimes, including threats and disruption of the public peace through threats of crimes.
