Pöcking – On the night of Sunday, a curious escape from an accident occurred on the B 2 in Pöcking.

A car driver is driving on a rim.

As reported by the police, a car on the B 2 in the direction of Weilheim between Pöcking Nord and Pöcking Süd came onto the right bank and lost part of the tread of the right front tire.

This tire was found by a patrol from the Starnberg Police Inspectorate around 9.50 a.m. on Sunday.

They then found that the car continued to drive on the rim until shortly after the Pöcking Süd exit, turned around and then drove via Pöcking and Feldafing to Tutzing.

There were severe ruts in the road

The patrol was able to follow the trail to Tutzing.

Here the trail got lost in a construction site.

Driving on the rim caused deep ruts in the road.

It is not possible to say at this point in time whether actual damage has been caused and how high this will be.

In this case, consultation must first be held with the municipalities concerned and the road maintenance department.

The vehicle you are looking for turns up in Bernried

On Monday, the Penzberg police reported a vehicle that was in Bernried.

It was a black Audi A 6 station wagon with a license plate from Weilheim.

The treads of the two right tires on the vehicle were gone.

This was clearly the vehicle we were looking for.

The driver is not yet known.

The vehicle actually drove with damaged tires from the B 2 via Pöcking, Feldafing and Tutzing to Bernried.

Who can provide information?
