One of the suspects, aged 21, is being prosecuted for murder, while another 32-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman have been indicted for complicity in murder, according to the same source.
The victim had been injured by one or more stab wounds on Saturday in an apartment in a district in the north of Toulouse.
This young man, who would have tried to flee through a window, would have descended clinging to the gutter, before being found seriously injured a hundred meters further.
An autopsy is due to be performed on Tuesday.
The three suspects were also indicted for possession and transport of narcotics.
Half a kilo of cocaine was seized from the apartment.
