The Council of Ministers, in its weekly session today, headed by Eng. Hussein Arnous, reviewed the reality of agricultural industries and the measures taken to enhance investment opportunities in the agricultural sector, raise the level of performance efficiency, increase production and enhance its contribution to the gross domestic product. The Council of Ministers agreed to allocate a plot of land from the Ain al-Krum area in Hama governorate to establish an industrial zone specialized in agricultural industries. It also agreed to conclude a contract to implement a project to rehabilitate the Tal Balat silo in Aleppo with a storage capacity of 100,000 tons of wheat.
