Dramatic rescue in the Judean Desert: A motorcyclist is evacuated to the hospital in fair condition using a helicopter
The Air Force helicopter of Unit 669 reached Nahal Hever in the desert and evacuated the man to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem.

A 54-year-old motorcyclist was slightly (moderately) injured today (Tuesday) in a car accident in Nahal Hever in the desert.
The Air Force helicopter of Unit 669 arrived at the scene and evacuated it to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem.
The incident took place around 4:30 PM when volunteers from the Arad, Ein Gedi and Etzion-Yehuda rescue units were called to the scene.
The volunteers rescued two more riders who were not injured in the accident, aged 49 and 54, residents of the Sharon and the injured motorcycle from the depths of the area towards the settlement of Carmel in the Hebron Mountains.
