Defendant Feng Tinghui (37 years old, teacher) was charged with seven crimes including unlawful sexual intercourse and indecent assault with a girl under the age of 16, alleging that between January 3 and August 2, 2019, he twice indecently assaulted a 15-year-old unit in Yuen Long Girl X, and 5 degrees of illegal sexual intercourse with X.

The prosecution alleges that the two began texting each other outside of school hours in December 2018.
When the female victim X went to the defendant's house to watch a Netflix movie for the first time, the defendant touched her breasts and private parts, and the two became a couple afterward.
