Hospital Authority: Allowing family members of patients to visit compassionately in critical situations

Li Liye also announced the latest arrangements for compassionate visits in public hospitals. He pointed out that due to the recent increase in recovered patients, critically ill patients and terminally ill patients, he understands that their families want to visit critical and terminally ill patients. In addition, yesterday, the HA opened the platform for private doctors to apply for oral medicines for the new coronavirus. Li Liye said that private doctors must follow the HA’s course guidelines for dispensing prescription drugs, and the courses of two oral medicines have their own restrictions on the use of them. Each application cannot exceed 10 courses of treatment, and upon request from the platform, the supplier will send medicines to the designated clinic address.
