Prime Minister Bennett and Health Minister Horowitz will participate today (Tuesday) in the inauguration of the Adi Negev Rehabilitation Hospital - Nahalat Eran.
The other and surprising participant in the event will be MK Idit Silman, who resigned from the coalition just a week ago, which caused a political upheaval.
As you may recall, the winds were blowing between Idit Silman and Nitzan Horowitz following the debate over the issue of introducing chametz to hospitals during Passover.
Silman argued that the health minister's desire to order the introduction of chametz into hospitals was a trigger for her withdrawal from the coalition out of ideological and religious motives.
Yesterday, in an interview here 11, Bennett said that Shmulik Silman told him that he "had to move to a job because Netanyahu's men threatened his bosses," but in a conversation with Silman's former boss, he was quick to deny and clarified: "He resigned on his own initiative."
Bennett said that the former chairman of the coalition, MK Idit Silman, had been abused by few in the history of Israel.
"Silman was at my house and crying," he said.
"Bibi and Smutrich sent people shouting with a megaphone - a crook, a traitor and harsher words."
