One recording, released by the Ukrainian intelligence services and translated into English, reveals a particularly shocking conversation.

In the recording, a Russian soldier stationed in Ukraine is heard talking to his partner, in which she confirms that he is raping Ukrainian women.

"So yeah, do it there. Girls there, rape them all, yeah," the woman is heard saying to her partner, adding "Just do not tell me anything about it, okay?".

The Russian soldier sounded positive.

"So I can rape and tell you nothing?"

The soldier asks his partner and she replies: "Yes, so that I will not know anything."

During the recording, the woman is heard giggling.

"I can, really?", The soldier asks and the woman replies "Yes, why are you asking?".

The woman adds, "Only use contraception."

Earlier today, a Ukrainian journalist active in Poland reported that some women who came to Poland pregnant, after being raped by Russian soldiers, were not allowed to have an abortion, following the country's strict abortion laws, which allow abortion after rape, but only if there is a valid conviction of the operation.
