Former FC Bayern star Jérôme Boateng lived in the celebrity town of Grünwald for a few years.

Now the Olympique Lyon player's luxury villa is for sale.

At a proud price.

Grünwald

– For a while, Jérôme Boateng lived with his former wife and two daughters in a villa near the Grünwald forest.

He acquired it in 2016.

He maintained a good relationship with his neighbors, only the car apparently made a bit of noise from time to time.

Now he's selling the property, after all he hasn't played for FC Bayern for almost a year, last summer he switched to Olympique Lyon.

On the garden fence there is a sale sign from the brokerage firm that takes care of the transaction, the mailbox has no name tag.

But Boateng probably hadn't done anything beforehand for reasons of discretion.

Grünwald is ideal for celebrities

The beautiful posh town south of Munich is ideal for the active footballers of FC Bayern: Not only because many colleagues lived here or still live here, but also because the distance to the training ground on Säbener Straße is not far and in Grünwald you can enjoy luxury can connect a lot of space.

For the villa, which looks like new, the former Bayern player wants 11.5 million euros, and the buyer would have to factor in another million for additional costs.

He is said to have bought it himself six years ago for almost seven million euros.

The potential buyer gets a retreat with over 1800 square meters of land and a living space of around 500 square meters.

A soccer field is larger, but not as chic.

Ten rooms, six bedrooms and three bathrooms

The description of the villa in the Bauhaus style on the immoscout.24 sales portal on the Internet makes you want to take a tour of the building, which uses an elegant white style as a guide through the premises.

Ten rooms, six bedrooms and three bathrooms can be inspected by interested parties if they are considering buying and financing is possible.

The footballer had posted a photo on the Instagram profile in which prominent points of the property can be found.

It has the following highlights to offer: The designer kitchen with block and seating area, for example, is stunning.

The room is beautifully bright, has a clear design language and is directly linked to the dining area.

The floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of light from the garden.

By the way, if you step outside, you don't have to be afraid,

that he will be seen from the street by the pool.

Everything opaque with lots of greenery around.

Of course there is also a fitness room, even a library and a cinema are integrated.

So far, the villa does not appear to have been reserved or sold, the brokerage firm is keeping a low profile and would prefer not to say anything about the matter.

Maybe a footballer colleague will soon get a taste for it.
