Damascus - Sana
Today, members of the Damascus Fire Brigade put out a fire that broke out in a house in the Al-Qaymariya neighborhood of Damascus.
Brigadier General Daoud Amiri, commander of the Damascus Fire Brigade, told SANA reporter that as soon as he received a report of a fire in a house in the Qaymariya neighborhood, a group of the fire brigade immediately went and worked to control the fire, extinguish it and cool it down, as the fire spread to the kitchen with a room in the attic of the house.
Brigadier-General Amiri pointed out to the difficulty of accessing the area due to the narrowness of the lanes, as hoses were extended from small cars from the roofs and from a second lane to be able to put out the fire, pointing out that the damage was limited to material and there were no injuries.
