What April weather - and what a commitment of the Pöckinger at the communal Ramadama.
Despite snowfall, more than 100 citizens came to the Pöcking building yard to help clean up.
Pöcking
- City hall employee Violeta Lovric had just welcomed well over 100 citizens and, given the snowfall, offered them to collect garbage and rubbish only in the afternoon or on Sunday, "then the sun came out," she reported.
The outcome of the campaign was similar to previous years.
"Almost a container full, so five cubic meters," said building yard manager Christian Suttner.
With Maising, where the fire brigade had postponed Ramadama because of the bad weather, the container would have been full.
It was the same in recent years, says Suttner.
The strangest discovery of this year's Ramadama action was made by Bundeswehr soldiers, including the site elder Rainer Simon.
They found a cow skull with a horn.
