Knowing each other for half a year and breaking up and quarreling

The case stated that the defendant and the victim met in March last year, and then developed into a couple and lived together in the crime unit.

At 3:30 pm on the day of the incident, the victim proposed to the defendant to break up and asked the defendant to move out. The two quarreled. During the period, the defendant kicked the victim's legs 5 times, and hit the victim's occipital bone and hoop her neck for about 5 seconds. The victim felt breathing. The defendant was writing a pleading letter, saying that his parents had been divorced since he was a child, and he was taken care of by his grandparents, aunt and uncle. After saying some ugly things about his aunt, the two had an argument, saying that he only kicked the victim once instead of five times.
